  • Prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept payment via Mobile Money (MTN, M-PESA or Airtel Money), and card payments including VISA, MasterCard and AMEX

Maison Julz reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or non-payment is suspected.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Uganda through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times and fees are outlined in our Delivery Policy. Maison Julz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for information on how to return items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
