Maison Julz Return and Refund Policy

At Maison Julz, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Each item in our collection is chosen with attention to quality and craftsmanship, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and fair.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 48 hours of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

Please note that some items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Custom-made or special-order products.

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) through mobile money or bank transfer.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different design, color, or size, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can assess the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returns can be sent through any reliable local courier service. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
