Maison Julz Delivery Policy

At Maison Julz, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, our team ensures that every delivery is handled with care and efficiency.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across Uganda, with primary service in Kampala and surrounding areas. Deliveries outside Kampala are available through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Kampala and nearby areas: Orders are typically delivered the following day after confirmation of payment. Earlier delivery times can be arranged upon request.

  • Upcountry deliveries: Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery is available on all orders over UGX 500,000.

  • Orders below this amount will include a small delivery fee based on your location. The exact cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our Customer Care team before dispatch.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Our team will then prepare your items for delivery and share updates when your order is dispatched.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery at the provided address. Our delivery partner may contact you prior to arrival to confirm availability. If no one is available, a re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing maisonjulzug@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +256 744269233. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.

International Orders

At this time, Maison Julz delivers within Uganda only. For international inquiries, please contact our Customer Care team for special arrangements where possible.
